Shipping Policy – Coles 3D Prints
At Coles 3D Prints, we carefully package every order to make sure your 3D printed products arrive safely and in excellent condition.
📦 Processing Times
Most orders are made to order. Please allow 2–5 working days for your order to be printed, prepared and packaged before dispatch.
Personalised or larger orders may require additional processing time. If there is likely to be a delay, we will contact you.
🇬🇧 UK Delivery
We currently offer delivery throughout the UK.
Orders are sent using a suitable tracked or standard delivery service depending on the size and value of the order.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
2–5 working days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal delays, weekends or bank holidays.
🌍 International Delivery
International shipping may be available on selected products.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and postal service. Buyers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties or taxes that may apply to international orders.
📦 Packaging
All products are securely packaged to help prevent damage during transit. As our products are 3D printed, some items may have small variations in colour, finish or layer appearance.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:

Photos of the damaged packaging
Photos of the damaged product
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate the delivery.
🏠 Incorrect Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional postage may be required to resend the item.
